Blades that are tested for any of my squads must be exceptionally powerful or at least have exceptional potential anything that isn't a captain level blade is nothing more than scrap metal to be stripped of any useful pieces for the members of the team.captains are a commanders top priority, one shouldn't hesitate to give parts from lower ranking blades to a captain who needs it even if it weakens the other blade.
