Customization

Customization is the altering of a beyblade from its store bought form to another form by switching the parts of two or more beyblades to improve performance or achieve a specific type of performance.

The secrets to customizing
The first thing to consider when customizing is what type are you trying to change your beyblade into; attack, balance, defense or stamina. if your not sure than just create a balance type or randomly re-assort the beyblade's parts. This is a good way to find out what combinations are good, and the point of customization is to experiment with beyblades.

Wheels
Perhaps the most important factor to powerful wheels is weight. it is painfully obvious that a light weight blade cant deal significant damage, block successfully, or  have exceptional stamina.
The second thing is weight placement. which will determine the wheels most useful function. Well balanced weight placement is good for stamina these are wheels like burn and phantom which use their weight to create centrifugal force to increase their stamina. Wheel’s that are imbalanced are good for attack. Being off balance allows the blade to swing its weight around increasing its speed and inertia causing devastating attacks. Defensive blades use a combination of both types of weight placement one is not necessarily better than the other.

Tracks

Depending on what you want the blade to do different heights and gimmicks differ in their usefulness. generally though the lower the track the better depending on the wheel. When it comes to tracks its important to remember that gimmick tracks are useless unless their hit not including down force and gravity bowl which are supposed to add stamina. A track cant add defense or attack power if it cant hit the opponent.

Bottoms

The bottom or performance tip will decide the beyblade's movement or performance. There arent many bottoms that are useless only one comes to mind; metal sharp because it cannot regain its balance. here are many types of bottoms and every one is designed to create different performance. The only way to make decide which bottom is better is to play around with them switch them out and test it in battle to see what positive and negative effects it has overall.

BeyBattles

A great way to gather information on specific parts is to watch it in action. This way you can research a bottom before you buy it to determine whether or not you want to buy that blade; this can save you a lot of money. look up a beybattle on Youtube and watch how it battles with some experience you may be able to tell what type of changes are needed to make the beyblade more powerful. To better gauge the beyblade during battle try to find a battle where the blade you want to see is battling a blade that you already have.
